Contingency Search Fees
In a Contingency Search, clients pay a fee once a candidate has been offered and has accepted a position with your organization.

Upon acceptance of an employment offer, we will invoice 30% of the successful candidate’s first year expected earnings, due upon the start date of the candidate placed.

In the event the candidate leaves the company of his/her own accord or is terminated for cause within the first 60 days of employment, Partners in Technology will replace the candidate free of charge. If the candidate is terminated without cause or if the employment agreements relative to salary or job description are not honored the guarantee is void. It is our policy that fees are not refundable.

Candidates presented by Partners in Technology are considered under our representation for one year following our most recent communication regarding the candidate. If a candidate enters an employment relationship with your organization within this one year time frame, Partners in Technology reserves the right to invoice fees as outlined in the above statement.

Engagement Fees
In many cases, an Engagement Fee, where part of the 30% fee is paid upfront may be an appropriate option. The application of an Engagement Fee allows us to dedicate full-time resources to the sole purpose of filling the position. In cases where time is extremely critical, or the position is particularly unique, this can be an effective method of improving results.

Upon placement of the candidate, the remainder of the 30% is invoiced. Payment terms and guarantees are applied as above. Engagement Fees are refundable if after 3 months no appropriate candidates have been presented.

Retained Searches
In some cases, a Retained Search Agreement is the best option. The retained search allows us to dedicate full time resources exclusively to your project, while allowing clients to spread the 30% fee across several payments.

In a retained search, the agreed upon fee is paid in three installments. The first installment is invoiced when the search is initiated, the second after the presentation of an agreed upon number of qualified candidates, and the third at the acceptance of an employment offer.

Standard guarantees apply; payments are non-refundable.

Contract Fees
The fees paid by clients for contract staff allow us to cover the costs of unemployment insurance, taxes, and benefits and other employment costs. Each contract agreement is unique and dependent on a number of factors; your account manager will work with your organization to determine the best possible arrangement.
